This is the best cookbook I've ever read. I gave myself a little summer challenge to try out 10 new recipes, so I went to my local library and found this little gem. I'm a stay-at-home mom to a 3 year old little boy, and a housewife who's always up for cooking something new (and easy) in the kitchen. When I saw this book, the word "inexpensive" caught my eye. When I took it home, I found myself making mental notes of tons of recipes I wanted to try out. So far, I've tried out 5 of them, and when This is the best cookbook I've ever read. So far, I've tried out 5 of them, and when you have a toddler who's a picky eater and eats every bite of these recipes, you KNOW it's a fantastic cookbook!:)

Have only recently purchased this book. Have only tried 5 different recipes, but all 5 have gone over real well with my family... and I have picky eaters to feed. And there are so many more recipes that, just glancing over them, I want to try. Definitely a keeper in my mind.
