I would sum this up as spiritual direction in a book. If you want practical, incremental ways to improve your spiritual life, this book is for you!

This book is a very fast read, but is also very motivating. The provision of journals and prayers makes it a simple all in one start to daily faith practices.

Excellent book to obtain prayers, novenas, and devotions of the Cathoic Faith. I read thus book for knowledge of my faith and wanted to find ways go live and practice full intentional practices.

I really enjoyed this book. It presents our faith as a battle, a battle which has already been one, but one we still engage in on a daily basis. There is a huge index of prayers and indulgences listed, as well as a plan for prayer and intercession which will help readers to better develop the interior life.

Great Read, "Let's roll." Good book, enjoyed it. I like how it gives you a direction and a plan. Maybe a Youth Ministry addendum would be cool. Great Read, "Let's roll." Good book, enjoyed it. I like how it gives you a direction and a plan. Maybe a Youth Ministry addendum would be cool.
