    A lot of great stuff, but a lot of misinformation too. Check everything you read in this book, that you question. I checked and often it would be on Snopes as false. He takes a lot of this topic really really seriously and, dare I say, too extreme. However, his lifestyle is do-able for some and a lot of his advice is good. I especially liked the discussion of alkaline-rich foods and what nutrients are found in various foods.
