I am so in love with this series, and Rayne!! He is the perfect guy! He has the biggest heart, and will do anything for Sadie, I just love this really deep relationship they have. If you have not started this series yet, I highly suggest you do so. The first book, Deep Blue Secret has been free for Kindle for awhile, and still is, and its great too, but the story builds off that, and gets so good I can’t stress enough how amazing this series is. The first book, Deep Blue Secret has been free for Kindle for awhile, and still is, and its great too, but the story builds off that, and gets so good I can’t stress enough how amazing this series is. This third book was even better than the first 2. So intense, and suspenseful too. I really love how the author will alternate between different points of views. We get to be inside of Sadie most of the time, then a few times from Rayne, Ash and Hamilton , even Orion as well. Can’t remember if in this one we heard from Voss or not, but know we did in the 2nd book. I really can’t wait for book 4 now such an exciting twist at the end, it really gets you anxious for more. Here is a few teasers for you: A sweet one with Rayne and Sadie: Before I could respond, he pulled me into him, pressing his lips into mine to kiss me under the Ambrosia sky. The shivers returned to my arms, but this time it wasn’t the trees. Rayne released my lips and lingered so close I could feel his breath on my mouth. His eyes paused to gaze into mine for a long moment as a quiet smile slowly grew across his features; sensing me, feeling me…knowing me. “What?” I asked quietly, searching his thoughts. His hands slid gently up the sides of my arms. “It’s just…it’s hard to believe you’re really here.” “I know,” I breathed. And then we were kissing again, swept away by the moonlight and the whispering trees and the strange, exhilarating rush through the air like magic all around us. And here is a part that just cracked me up: I heard a faint whisper. It was my mother’s voice, soft and warm. Discreetly, I focused my eyes in her direction and realized that she was sitting in the arm chair, and she wasn’t alone. Then, my mom moved again and I heard the creepiest noise a teenage girl could ever imagine; the quiet, unmistakable noise made by two sets of lips—parent lips—exploring and moving around each other in the dark. I silently cringed. They were making out, with me just ten feet away. This book is written really well too, you have some funny stuff, sweet steamy parts, and the suspense and thrills too, with some paranormal/sci-fi elements too. Wont go into that part too much, so not to spoil it for anyone who had not read the first 2 books yet. I give this book 5 out of 5 stars, and Highly recommend it, not just for the YA crowd, but for all ages. I was provided this copy for my honest review. Be sure to check out the first 2 books in this series

This newest entry in the Water Keepers books, 'Ambrosia Shore', is by far the best yet. The main plot of the story revolves around Sadie, Hamlin and others trying to plead Rayne's innocence, all the while trying to avoid/capture Voss Hastings, who has become increasingly insane since the previous books, Deep Blue Secret and Rogue Wave. In this most recent entry, Sadie is also coming to terms with who she really is, as well as the sudden return of her father. Ambrosia Shore also boasts an incredible roller-coaster story, with heartbreaking moments on one page, to heartwarming moments on the next. This book had me in tears at certain points, and unable to control my smile at others. Anyone thinking of reading this book, should definitely read the first two beforehand as it is a continuation of the story. I highly recommend Ambrosia Shore, as Christie Anderson has done an amazing job in continuing the Water Keepers story, and I am incredibly excited to see where it will go from here.

If allowed, I would give this book 4 1/2 stars. Out of the three "Water Keepers" books (so far), this is my favorite. For me, it was a relief to get beyond the sincerity of the relationship between Sadie and Rayne, and instead delve into more of the character's backgrounds as they find their own sense of purpose and growth. I enjoyed how the plot intertwined between so many aspects of those living on Earth and Ambrosia. I excitedly await book #4!

Hmm..the beginning of the book was a little drag. But then after a few chapters it got really interesting till the very last page. It felt like the dream come true for the readers, everything in place and all good.Christie has done a good job in all her books particularly the endings. The endings are what attract the readers to read the next book and actually long for the next book. She has mastered the endings in all 3 of the books. In short,a good book and i enjoyed reading it.

When the security cameras are viewed, the councilman identifies the suspect-it's the highly respected Water Keeper, Rayne Stevens! As Rayne and Sadie make an escape out of the city, Sadie gets her first views in awe of the entire valley of Banya, "it was like the entire place had been sprinkled with glow-in-the-dark paint dust, purple and pink and green". They arrive at Lizzy Grove, Rayne's childhood home, where she will be introduced to Rayne's family, but it won't stay tranquil for very long! Throughout the book, you will be taken for a ride, with Rayne being arrested, Jax failing to keep Sadie safe when she herself is captured, while her father remains on earth with no way of contacting him. Voss will stop at nothing to kill Sadie, and it will take a great many Banya scouts to try and protect her. Councilman Bennet seems to want to help Sadie, but can she really trust him, or anyone on Ambrosia? As a descendant of William Fairbanks, founder of Ambrosia, Sadie will gain a power that she may not be able to handle, and watches her life seem to go out of control for fear of the future of her family, and the loss of losing Rayne. How can she protect her mother and new found father from Voss's anger? She will have to embrace her power in order to save all she holds dear! The only thing negative about this series, is having to wait for the release of Book 4!!! Please hurry Christie!!

He finally got his family back. How far is he willing to go to keep them. Also Voss, that devil. He keeps popping up whenever he pleases. Will he meet his end finally in this book? He is hellbent on revenge on Lin, even attempting ONCE again at Sadie's life... Sadie is depressed about Rayne, but trying to keep her head up high. Is she willing to give up Earth and everyone on it(that she knows) to live on Ambrosia with Rayne? Assuming he gets out of jail... Sadie is learning a lot about herself. She is no longer just a normal Earth girl. Who is Sadie really? What has fate set out for her? What is real purpose in life? Who is Aurona? Orion is another story. You see many sides of Orion in this story. You want to hate him but I find him puzzling. What really is his end game? I feel that Orion is being manipulated himself... I have theories...we shall see how it plays out.

Ambrosia Shore is the third book in The Water Keepers Series, written by Christie Anderson. Unlike the first two, this book takes place in the other world, and the author did a great job at creating and describing the place. This one is my favorite book in the series. The romantic part of the story was established in the first two books, and now the plot gets a bit deeper. This book sets the series up for something to come. As with the other books in the series, it gets five stars from me. The story is highly creative with the water marks and keepers. The teenage main character has a close relationship with her mother and is not a spoiled brat or controlled by her hormones. The romance is sweet, and I’m highly impressed with how the author handled certain scenes. Overall, this series is one I can recommend to young and old. As for my clean rating, there’s no cursing or sexual content–just some kissing. I highly recommend!

Wow! This book, the third in the series, is fantastic. It is the continuing story of Sadie and Rayne. It is full of action, adventure, and unexpected twists and turns. I have so many questions that need to be answered. Definitely a series to be shared with others. Loved it!!!

This time they find themselvs in a new place which racks up a whole new load of issues for them to overcome but against all of the odds will they find a way to make it work and finally have their happy ever after? I wanted to know what certain people were plotting but was also glad for a slower reveal especially after all of the action in the second book. If the pattern of book 1 and 2 are anything to go by book number 4 is going to be a wild ride! :D

This series just keeps getting deeper and deeper. I'm a romance girl all the way, so if the story can't keep me interested without the hotness in it, I won't finish it. Yet, I'm three books deep and scrambling around to buy the fourth book and PRAYING the fifth book will drop soon. Seriously, if you want a series with in depth character development, plenty of humor, as well as definite tear-jerking moments, this is a good series to start with.

This series has taken a delightful turn. The storyline is sufficiently different to capture the imagination. It’s still a typical boy-meets-girl-falls-in-love teenage romance and there are some seriously cringe worthy moments, but I am happily live with that as the main storyline is enthralling. Can’t wait to read the next instalment in the series.

Brilliant science fiction fantasy. If you've enjoyed the previous two book in the series you'll love this next installment of the series. Sadie and Rayne's love continues to blossom but circumstance keep them apart. Voss is still a threat to all that Sadie loves. Sadie discovers a hidden gift. A must read. Loved it.

I have mixed feelings about this book, as I did with the other two. I really and truly struggled to get through this third book. I wasn't nearly as confused by the plot in Ambrosia Shore and I felt things were falling into place and secrets were revealed and explained better than the previous books, but the story still felt off to me for some reason. My biggest issue was that I just couldn't figure out the main character Sadie. I mean, what the heck was she doing throughout this whole book? Did she want to be tough and strong and fight for Rayne -her true love- and his freedom or did she want to go home and go to school and prepare for prom? I was befuddled by her passive-aggressive, hot-cold, caring-indifferent attitude. She was more moody than me and I have bipolar disorder! The other characters were fine, but I had entirely too much of Sadie in this one. I feel as if the author really needs to work on Sadie and who she really wants her to be in the fourth book that I see is up-and-coming. I honestly don't know if I'll be able to pick up another Water Keepers book, but I hate to give up on such an original storyline. I'm frustrated!

I really like these books. They're just an easy read and flows smoothly. Normally they are lengthy books for a good price too. I like the world of Ambrosia that the author created. Sadie is back at it and on the run. Voss is still out there trying to get her and this time she doesn't have Rayne to help her get through it. I did not like this one as much as the others. Probably due to all of the separation between Sadie and Rayne. I was just anticipating their moments together. The story was quite long for what the reader actually got out of it. I am curious to find out what is going to happen to the characters in the forth book. This one had a very interesting outcome.

Another enjoyable sequel Rayne and Sadie's love story is delayed again as Rayne waits for the council to decide his fate, and I was a little disappointed that they spent most of the book apart, but it was a nice progression of the overarching story. I thought this was going to be the end of the series, so I was shocked when I reached the end and realized there is a fourth book, as yet unreleased, with no release date in sight! Ugh! One of the best books I've ever read! Rayne and Sadie's relationship continues to evolve. Sadie gets to interact with Rayne's family. Their love for each other continues to blossom. I absolutely loved Sadie's newfound power/ability. It was amazing and something I never really imagined. Sadie learns more about herself and what she wants as each day passes by. New enemies arise, one's that you'd be surprise to know about. It's definitely the best book in the series!

while i was reading this book i thought finally it's over for them Sadies family is back together after 18 long years and her and Rayne can really be together as a couple now that she's moving to Ambrosia but as i read on i saw that she still had to face her fathers "loyal and trusted" friend Orion who come to find out is really working for himself and his father why i don't know but I'm hoping to find that out in the fourth book. really good series can't wait to see how it ends.

This review has been hidden because it contains spoilers. To view it, click here. By far the best in the series, so many plot twist and so much awesomeness goes into this book, one second you're worries about Rayne going to prison next your worries that Lin is instead, on minute there all happy and getting ready to head off to ambrosia, then there cars are being blown up and Lins dead but Sadie's awesome healing powers being him back, book is written amazingly well I loved it!

How could I not love this series! Christie does it again, I laughed, I cried, I was shocked, I marveled. Sadie is evolving, standing on her own two feet and trying to save everybody (and their dads!) Characters were redeemed, others introduced, and I still got my Rayne fix, plus some interesting plot points to leave me, once again, wanting the next book to be published immediately.
