I thought this was the cutest book and it also has a great message. If you are a fan of the claymation cartoons you will love this. If you are not a fan, you will still love this story. Alex loves TV but is going to find out that too much of it could lead to some unusual and not too fun consequences. Fun pictures, good story and a lesson we all should take to heart make this a big winner.

Alex is a kid obsessed with watching television. His mother hates this, and tells him he will turn into a "couch potato" if he doesn't stop watching TV. Alex takes this quite literally, and dreams that he becomes an actual potato. Luckily, that is all it takes for him to finally change his ways.
