Being of Lithuanian decent it was interesting to read how Polish influence was seen in an extremely negative light since many historical books seem to imply that the unified kingdom was a period in which both states shared mutual benefits and power. Apart from these opinions, the book was very repetitive and probably could have been written in about half the number of pages. It is more of a pamphlet than a encompassing historical work.
