Interesting and eye-opening of how much effect sugar has on the body. Made me think quite a bit of my own intake of food, and a little bit of what I can do to reduce the amount of artificial sweeteners. But it also made a point of how things sometimes are out of our own control, so it doesn't automatically point a finger of blame - and that's also somewhat comforting. It's easy to read and understand, and I think more people should read this book.
