    Salad "recipes?" Okay, I did like the book. I liked that none of the ingredients were terribly hard to find in a decent grocer. I appreciated that the author put in the effort to entice the reader to share reviews. Finally, the salads themselves that I tried all came out as good as I could wish. But salads are formulae, they are structures. They are not recipes. Maybe their dressings are recipes.

    Wonderful Addition My initial interest in this book was for lunchtime meal preparation. However, I was quickly tuned in to the fact that the potential here is much greater. After sampling a few of the recipes, I knew there were some hits. I shared 2 or three with my picky family, and FINALLY, there were vegetables that they would eat!! Even my "I don't eat raw vegetables" husband enjoyed a couple of the meals. There are recipes here for all palates, which makes healthy eating much easier.     Great recipes! First day I downloaded the book, I had to make the Apple and spinach salad. Making a tweak on the blue cheese to feta due to taste, it still was absolutely delicious. So simple and it has my grandmother raving hours later after dinner about it asking for more! Going through the recipes together, we have bookmarked more for intentions to definitely try soon. Happy cooking!

    A lot of the salads in here sounded tasty and I look forward to trying them. The title states that these are "Salad Recipes for Weight Loss and Healthy Eating". However, not only was there no nutritional information but some of them didn't actually seem all that healthy or low calorie. I hope her next edition will include nutritional information and photographs.

    No photos I thought this would be a great book for me. I'm always trying to figure out New and different ways to get my family to eat fresh vegetables and fruits. But for the most part the recipes are just too far"out there" for me and with no photos it's hard to even imagine how they would work...
