I love food truck food and don't eat at them nearly enough. This book does a fairly good job of covering a wide geographical swath of offerings. My hunch is that each state could have had their own book. I find food truck offerings some of the most creative fusion foods around and these recipes and stories do not disappoint. I love the recipes that were featured in this cookbook. It was great to see some local Atlanta Food Truck recipes in this book. The King of Pops, Ibiza Bites (they are so good). Food trucks are all the rage right now, and it is a great way to try new cuisines by up and coming cooks and chefs. The past couple of years in Smyrna, GA at Brawley Park they have a food truck park. It's a great way to be outside and enjoy nature while you sample delectable delights. A simple cookbook with great recipes I love the recipes that were featured in this cookbook. Food trucks are more common in today's cities. Here is a collection of recipes from food trucks operating in the South that covers almost all food tastes.
