    I was looking for some ideas that would work for me (AIP diet) and appeal to my kids. I do a lot of separate meals right now, and would like to integrate a bit more without restricting my children too much in their food choices (as AIP would do). I found a few ideas. Mostly I came away aware that this kind of eating is just more expensive and I’m going to have to accept that if I want to transition them to more of this kind of eating. (We already eat mostly from scratch, whole foods, etc, but I I was looking for some ideas that would work for me (AIP diet) and appeal to my kids.
