I really don't like to cook and yet people are always giving me cookbooks. In sorting them out, I came across this gem from years ago and had to sit down and give it a quick read. I'm not even sure you can buy these meats anymore, let alone wish to cook them. However, if you are into tripe, prairie oysters, and cracklins, then this is definitely the cookbook for you. If you can find a copy, that is. If you can't, call me, I'll send you mine.
