Bring On The Rain (September's Child #2)

Availability: Ready to download

It's always so awkward when people approach me after reading September's Child, "Bring On The Rain," with " I am so sorry you had such a rough life." Though I very much appreciate your concern for me, sympathy was, and still is not the purpose of either of my books. “Bring On The Rain” is the true story of one woman’s journey through a life of hardship and disappointments It's always so awkward when people approach me after reading September's Child, "Bring On The Rain," with " I am so sorry you had such a rough life." Though I very much appreciate your concern for me, sympathy was, and still is not the purpose of either of my books. “Bring On The Rain” is the true story of one woman’s journey through a life of hardship and disappointments, due to being subjected to the same kind of life as a child. Having very little to no motherly guidance at an early age, Eva placed it in her head that she had no mother. She was the product of the month she was born (September). Eva became September’s Child! No one claimed Eva. There was no mommy to say, “This is my daughter!” Eva was very often introduced as the adopted daughter, making her feel even less wanted.

This is part 2 of "Septembers Child". In this book we get a glimpse of how her life turned out after she runs away from home once and for all. I loved how this book was heartwarming in the face of tragedy and loss. Proof that God works in mysterious ways.

Good book Very interesting read as I like to see people overcome extreme adversity as opposed to those who succumb to the detriment of their childhood hell.
