    Gives some nice tips for developing a library strategy in response to the Affordable Care Act and how to best assist patrons who are seeking help and information about the Health Insurance Marketplace. This year, I got our library certified as a certified application counselor organization, and I plan on ramping up our marketing efforts during next fall’s open enrollment season.
