    Good, not great. More information and better recipes free from AIP bloggers. I have been AIP for over a year, I would utilize some bits and pieces of this book but overall not as helpful as other Autoimmune books. Also AIP does NOT include nightshades. This is not true AIP for that reason- tomatoes and other items included in the recipes.
