Rating 3.5 rounded up to 4 This is book 3 of 3, and I hadn't read the first two, but it didn't hinder the plot any. There was very little said about the other two brothers, and they lived in a different city than Jonah, the hero of this one, and the oldest brother. Jonah, age 28 in this book, basically raised his brothers from a very very young age, maybe unbelievably so, but there is the background, probably known in much more detail if I had read the first two books. He supported them as a pot Rating 3.5 rounded up to 4 This is book 3 of 3, and I hadn't read the first two, but it didn't hinder the plot any. Jonah, age 28 in this book, basically raised his brothers from a very very young age, maybe unbelievably so, but there is the background, probably known in much more detail if I had read the first two books. He supported them as a pot grower, taught to him by his own father. At the start of this book, we see Jonah finally getting to move beyond that legacy into legal businesses. During a business meeting at a strip club, he sees our heroine, Rianna, age 21, a single mother working as a stripper in a small town to make ends meet. Both of these characters despite youngish ages behave very very maturely and responsibly, Jonah so much so that he could have been in his 40s given his actions. He had to grow up fast in a harsh environment and it showed, most especially in his interpersonal relationships. He is closed off, and finds it very hard to relate to Rianna, to tell her he wants to date her. In fact, our poor hero really messes it up at first, but finally gets to the point of taking her out, even going through an online checklist to make sure he has it covered. Like a lot of Bonnie Dee's heroes, he is a really really sweet guy, very likeable. Our heroine too is extremely likely. The writing is good, and I very much enjoyed the story. The only reason this lacked more stars from me is the brevity. It really did have somewhat of an unfinished feel to it, their relationship as well as the relationship between Jonah and his brothers. It felt like that could have been brought around full circle and wasn't really. If this is the third in the series, that would have been nice. It reads more of a novella than a full fledged book. I wanted the closure that wasn't there, but was there was a great read. My final verdict is 3.5 stars, and I will continue to read offerings from Bonnie Dee for sure. I received a copy of this book from the publisher via Netgalley for an honest review.

He can't understand why he's so drawn to her and wants to help her so much, but thinks a relationship might just be possible. But then his past comes back to haunt him and puts their possible future in danger. This was my favorite of the three so far and interestingly enough, the one with the lowest steam factor. It starts off with a kick as Rianna agrees to paid sex with Jonah, so it definitely hooked my interest wondering if she'd go through with it or not and how she'd deal with it if she did. So that was a definite plus. Then it settled into Jonah and Rianna becoming friends. Unfortunately, as they did that, the chemistry sort of died out for them and they never really got it back - maybe it was the kid that changed the dynamic or something, I don't know... They did develop a good friendship and this ended up being pretty good in the romance/love department then. I even liked how it ended for the most part (view spoiler)[ with them agreeing to move to Lexington but still planning on just dating - not rushing their future (hide spoiler)] . I definitely liked Jonah more than I liked Micah or even J.D. and I felt like these two at least came together in a healthy relationship.

I loved the ideas in this book, and it was an easy, quick read. There were lots of great moments of humor, and the ending made me happy. I don't feel, however, like I ever really got to connect with the characters. I liked the story, but they never felt real to me. There were occasional crude anatomical terms thrown in for the multiple "close calls", but no actual sex scenes until the end of the book, and it seemed like the author was torn on how to approach them. All in all, this was a good, quick fun read, which can be read as a stand alone without reading the first two in the series. I really liked JD's story and Micah's was good too, however Jonah took a bit longer to enjoy. His profession growing marijuana, although he has a plan for another legal venture, was a turn off. Jonah Had basically raised his brothers from a young age. Jonah grew pot to support the family , his father had taught him that way to make money. Jonah is trying to go into a legal business and sell his land and pot.he is in a strip club on a business meeting where is to sell his pot business to Sam race. when he sees Rianne for the first time dancing. Rianne was a single mom raising her son Travis and with little education this job paid the best to help Rianne to pay the bills. Rianne was a single mom raising her son Travis and with little education this job paid the best to help Rianne to pay the bills. When Jonah saw outside the club Rianne was having problems getting her car started he asked her to go to a motel with him and he would pay her. Rianne agreed after a while but once at the hotel could not go through with it and left and went home. Jonah had grown up fast and in a harsh environment and it shows. Jonah has problems telling Rianne he wants to date her. When he finally gets a date he goes online to use a checklist to make sure he was doing everything right. Rianne once home is determined to forget Jonah but that isn’t so easy. Jonah is starting a distillery. Jonah had an instant attraction to Rianne and wants to pursue that. The next time Rianne sees jonah her car is again acting up and she is at the side of the road and already late for work.Rianne is trying to get the car started Jonah stops and offers to take her to work and pick her back up after work and Rianne agrees. Jonah then starts helping and doing things for Rianne and feelings start to develop for them both. I loved this story and really enjoyed it. It had a rough edge to it and I liked that it was different. I liked how Jonah really didn’t know how to approach Rianne for a date and that even though she was a stripper Rianne kept her morals and couldn’t sleep with Jonah for money even though she had tried. The writing was really good in this story and the plot was great. Although I would have liked this story to be ;longer and have more to it . I loved how Jonah and Rianne both cherished home. Family and love. I also love how the relationship was built and not just rushed into. I didn’t want to put this story down. I also like the humor in the story made me smile and chuckle at times. I also liked how Jonah did what he had to do to raise his brothers but then wanted to go legit. My biggest problem is the story didn’t feel finished to me but that just maybe me. There were great character and i loved them and I loved the ins and outs of this story and i recommend. If I could would give a 4.5.

World Building: This story was set in Sawville, Kentucky. A little off the beaten path town that no one really moves to unless they kind of have to. A lot of the story took place at Rianna’s trailer and Jonah’s house out in the middle of nowhere. The town was sort of backwoods and a place where everyone knows everyone’s business. Towards the end of the story though, the setting changed to Lexington, Kentucky for a few of the ending chapters. Characters: Oh man I loved these characters! Towards the end of the story though, the setting changed to Lexington, Kentucky for a few of the ending chapters. Characters: Oh man I loved these characters! Each one was unique in their own right but at the same time almost completely the same. Rianna is a hard working mama trying make the best possible situation for her and her son. Jonah is a reformed criminal...sort of. They both were thrust into the care giving roll at a young age. Rianna taking care of her son and Jonah taking care of his brothers. They are deep down good stock people who cherish family, love, and home. They are ridiculously responsible and made the best out of the situations that they were in. Plot: The story was set a slow and steady pace and I truly liked that. Rianna and Jonah’s relationship blossomed in a completely natural way and wasn’t forced or rushed. One story arc was their relationship and the other arc was their relationships with their own families. Honestly I found this type of plot really refreshing. Instead of having angst about past lovers or cheating, it was about dealing with your family and coming to terms with the past as well as finding a way to let love in. Writing: The story was told in first person points of view as well as dual points of view of Rianna and Jonah. This was the third book in the Wyatt Brothers series and definitely could be read as a standalone. There are snippets of Jonah’s brothers within the story but this novel is really just focused on Rianna and Jonah’s relationship. I did not read the other books in the series but I didn’t feel like I was at a loss or disconnect because of it. Curb Appeal: The covers were cool. I love when the hero is on the cover and I could definitely see Jonah being that man. I also looked up the other books in the series and they all follow the same theme and I like when an author takes that approach. The blurb definitely held true to the story and really piqued my interest on both Jonah and Rianna’s characterizations. Ultimately: This was a sweet story of two people finally coming to grips with the past and letting love in. It’s slow going but not overly drawn out. The characters make you love them because of all of the hardships they have went through and you can’t help but want them to have a happily ever after. If you’re looking for tale that is easily devoured and isn’t overly angsty like most other New Adult novels come and check this out! There are some very special moments involving this little boy that I couldn’t help but swoon over. The story itself isn’t really all that complex and it delivers a good, easy flowing read. It didn’t knock me off my feet but |I still enjoyed it very much. I liked the complexity of the two main characters, Rianna and Jonah. At first it’s a little hard to like Jonah but he does redeem himself as the story continues. The heart breaks a little for the situation Rianna finds herself in but I really loved that she had her morals set a little higher. Their first meeting is quite a mishap and I’m so glad it was written the way it was. There’s a lot of different family angles going on in here, both Rianna and Jonah having their fair share and it was interesting to read. Would I recommend? Yes, nice and easy to lose yourself in for a couple of hours. Very enjoyable and a solid 4 star read for me.

ARC received via NetGalley Book 3 of 3 and what an ending this book is to a fantastic series! Though, the detail and look back in this book is written well enough that you don't have to read the other 2 to understand what is going on. It helps if you did read the others and the c.o.d in me cries a little at the people who haven't and have just read the last lol Both characters are very mature for their age, and it's refreshing rather than have them play young & rash. They could have been a little to mature but it only helps with the storyline. Jonah is very closed off from the start but it makes for a great brooding alpha male lol And Rianna a beautiful woman looking out for her own and family. They manage to make it work, its honest and feels real. I wish there was more to it, I feel like there could have been a couple more chapters to finish it off but its more wishful thinking than real need for it.

Rianna and Jonah didn't have the best introduction as she was dancing on stage and he was finishing up a drug deal and when he acosted her outside her job to go to a hotel wth him, she says yes .. but once she gets there - she isn't so sure anymore. She heads home to her son and tries to forget about Jonah - but that is easier said then done. Personally I thought the story line had a good premise, but I just couldn't relate to the characters.
