    Was disappointed in this book. It's pretty short. It does not explain the benefits of this diet or the basics of this diet or why you may want to follow the diet. There are very few recipes and the ones that are in there have many typos. for example there is a receipe including scrambled eggs which advises to cook the eggs for 15 to 20 minutes.
