Outstanding voyage through Chinese cuisine This cookbook will reveal why recipes from other Chinese cookbooks don't taste as good as better restaurant Chinese. The recipes, ingredients and techniques are clearly explained and easy to follow. The ingredients can be found in grocery stores in most mid and large communities. In my experience, mainstream grocers aren't the best source. If you can't find the ingredients locally you will online. Enjoy.

Yum Love the lot sticker recipe. The sesame oil brings another depth to it. Other recipes seen don't use this. They are all so very good to be frozen. Was expecting more dumpling recipes but I suppose I could play around with the ingredients but keep quantities the same.
