Again this issue begins in Earth-616 continuity. It explains how the FF gained the powers they did (it was based on their personalities and subconscious!) When it shifts to the Earth the rest of the issue is based in, it once again explains to us how the FF could have gotten different abilities that still fit with parts of their personalities. I really liked the descriptions although, I felt the one for Reed from Earth-616 was a bit of a stretch (ha!) I really liked the descriptions although, I felt the one for Reed from Earth-616 was a bit of a stretch (ha!) Dr Doom is in this issue (of course) and he won't let anyone stop him from his revenge! It was interesting to see the new FF tackling their long-time foe; to see the different approach they had to use. This issue felt so different and yet so similar to regular FF comics. I enjoyed this story (although maybe not the hinted at relationship between Sue and Ben!)
