Good, healthy recipes. Mostly simple to make. I really liked it. I tried several of the recipes and they were really good, not tasteless. Worth getting if you are in healthy eating.

I was grateful to receive this book from Goodreads. It is bigger than I expected, and the pictures are beautiful and colorful. It serves as an inspiration to cook and eat with greens. It provides so many delicious ideas, and even my kids like the recipes. As a beginner cook, some of the recipes seem to complicated. This would be perfect for a more advanced cook, but it is something for me to aspire to!

4.5 stars. One of those beautiful cookbooks with fabulous recipes that we've been blessed with in recent years. Knowledgeable, well-developed recipes, well worth trying. If I felt like cooking from scratch every day and night, there are enough recipes here to try something new for a good long while without ever getting bored. I'd happily eat like this every day if someone else was doing the prep work, haha. The last bunch of greens I cooked with, a few days ago, was chard from the farmer's mkt. 4.5 stars. It had a big slug in it, survived the fridge and tried to crawl out of the colander, yikes!

I was excited when I received the book through the GoodReads. I was dissapointed though because I thought all the recipes are vegan or vegetarian. I must say though many of them are and some of those that are not vegan, can be actually preapered as one. F.ex. using vegan shrimps in place of regular ones. I am looking forward to try the recipes! I also like that there photos included for many dishes. It is helpful.

I was excited to receive this book from GoodReads. The book is full of delicious and interesting ways to incorporate greens into your diet. I am a very visual person so the quality of photos in cookbooks can make or break a cook book for me. This book does not disappoint with the photos. If you have ever thought you would never drool over greens this book will change your attitude.

I really enjoyed this cookbook! Not only were there numerous and delicious recipes, but there was a lot of nutritional information. Jacobi teaches you about greens as opposed to just providing recipes.
