The prophecy neglects to mention she lacks something vital to his kind—wings. Kabril, King of the Buteos Regalis has no interest in taking a human mate. His kind believes humans are dirty, vile creatures who rely on machines to lift them into the air. The last place he wants to go in search of his mate is Earth, but he’s left no choice. Never did he expect to find love on a planet with one moon, people who lack wings and a stubborn vixen who makes his heart soar. When he does, he fears the truth about who and what he truly is will steal it away. Little does he know his enemies fully intend on doing the taking. A View to a Kill A trained assassin…a man even the deadliest of warriors fear. To cross him is foolish. To steal his heart is pure madness. Sachin must make a choice, give up the one woman he knows to be his true mate and let her live in ignorant bliss of what walks among her people, or fight for what’s his, taking it at all costs. Master of the Hunt When the oracle warns Prince Aeson that his future mate is in the human realm and is in great danger, he wastes no time going in search of her. Problem is, he has no idea who he’s looking for. He’s never met her and the oracle couldn’t give him anything more than small clues as to who she is and where she might be. Rise of the King Warrior, bastard, outcast, traitor to his kind, these are all labels Lazar has worn for the past several years, since he took a stand against the actions of a mad king. He’s defended the Kingdom of the Hawks even though the blood of the Falcons runs through his veins. He’s bedded their women, drank their mead and protected their king. None of that makes him one of them. An empty pit has been in his stomach for years, believing his true mate perished long ago. When he learns she’s alive, he has to not only win her over, but also make her understand men who can shift into birds aren’t the things of nightmares. They’re real, and he’s one of them. Prince of Pleasure Youngest born in a family of royal hawk shifters, Rossi is used to dodging responsibility and doing what he wishes. His needs are simple—he likes fighting, and bedding beautiful women. He isn't looking for a mate, so when his meddlesome sister-in-law decides to divine his future, he's stunned to find out he's about to meet her—the one. His mate. And she’s human. As one who does his best to limit his time in the human realm, Rossi believes there is no chance he’ll cross paths with the woman destiny has in store for him. I love paranormal romances. This is an amazing series. King of Prey Birth rates are dropping for his people however Kabril does not want anyone else to decide his fate for him. When the oracle's tell him his mate is human that makes it even worse.Rayna knows it is time to move on and sells her Grandmother's house. Luckily for her and Kabril, Sachin knows she is Kabrils mate and buys the house for them.Sachin also knows how stubborn Kabril is and tells him a little white lie and makes Kabril think I love paranormal romances. Luckily for her and Kabril, Sachin knows she is Kabrils mate and buys the house for them.Sachin also knows how stubborn Kabril is and tells him a little white lie and makes Kabril think that Rayna is not his mate. This leads for a very funny story line. Kabril is very protective of Rayna and falls in love with her even before he knows who she is to him. A View to Kill We met Sachin in the first story, he is the Advisor to the king and I fell in love with him there. This story's timeline starts before the series started. Sachin is returning to Accipitridae when the sound of a gunshot causes him to investigate. He finds is a young girl hiding from a man who is attempting to hunt her down after he has killed her Mother. He takes her to Sarah and keeps visiting her over the years. They fall in love over the years and have a falling apart, after which he leaves for a year. Paige has decided to move on with her life and then Sachin returns. There is fighting, steamy and funny scenes. I love seeing them come together. Master of the Hunt This is the 3rd book and it is about King Kabril's "younger" brother Aeson. As King Kabril has the oracles seek for Aeson's true mate but they can only give him bits and pieces about his true mate due to her being a seer and all he has to go on is the symbol of a Sparrow, that he must find her soon or she will die. Aeson goes to the sex club he has been frequenting recently. While he is there, he is caught of guard when a woman walks through the door. He hopes she is the mate the Oracle spoke of because he plans on taking her anyways. Aeson and Shelby have instant chemistry.I loved the twist of a serial killer being added to the story and more characters being added to the mix. It added an air of mystery and suspense. I love seeing where Mandy takes us in this world she has created. Rise of the King We finally get Lazar's story, who we met in the first book. Lazar shifts into a Falcon but is living with the Hawks at the present because of choices made in the first book. Lazar believes his mate died over twenty years ago. He is also the true King of the Falcon's. His crazy brother has taken his throne from him and he thought his brother killed his mate. Sabrina lives in the human world but is in fact part falcon and part hawk. She has been dreaming of Lazar and cannot believe it when she sees him in real life. Lazar is a friend of her uncle and has to prove to him that he has given up is promiscuous ways. They are instantly drawn to each other and she shows that she has more shifter tendencies then her uncle ever knew of. You see how hard her life has been when you meet her friend. Prince of Pleasure I absolutely loved this book. I love each part in the series and cannot wait for more to come out. I find it hilarious how Rossi tries to defy destiny only to run straight to it. I did realize that when I read this story that I had missed a book in the series but that in no way detracted from this story line. A++ I purchased each book separately before the box set. It is an amazing series and I cannot wait to see where Mandy takes us in this wonderful world.

This is an awesome set of books. Highly recommend. King of Prey 5 Stars Awesome Story Loved this book and beginning to a new series. Still a self-contained story but can see a whole lot of possibilities of stories from this world of characters. Enjoyed how the king was made to go to the earth realm and do a bit of manual labor himself. Always like to see a man get a little humbled at times. Nice strong female lead. Was well played by the king’s adviser (Sachin) to have the King (Kabril) fall for the human (Rayna) without knowing she was his destined mate. But at the same time it almost cost her life. Humor, Life, Love and the beginnings of War are all in this wonderful book. A View to a Kill 5 Stars How the mighty may fall Sachin – Lead advisor to the king has a human Mate that after he mated her and realized what he'd done just left her. Until the Queen tell him to take a vacation and go to earth he has tried to forget her and what he did. He goes to earth only to find his one love (Paige) and finds out she is engaged to marry another. This is a wonderfully well written book with some nice action and some surprises in the end. And yes it’s got humor and every emotion in-between in this story. Master of the Hunt 5 Stars (I know I read it but can't find my past review. But it is an awesome story) Rise of the King 5 Stars Learning truths Lazar from the Falcon Kingdom has spent several years with the Hawk kingdom labeled everything from Warrior to traitor. But his true pedigree has yet to be known to all. He thinks his mate died at her age of three. He follows a hawk shifter Gardelle to the human realm wondering why he is going there when at this time it’s not allowed. What he finds is of such wonderment to him that Gardelle catches him. This is a wonderful story along with a love story built into it. Well written and very entertaining to read. Prince of Pleasure 5 Stars Short and sweet This was a very nice story of a woman wanting to prove the existence of birdmen and getting more than she bargained for. Believing she had seen one when she was little with her Pappy, all she wants is to get a picture of one, not to get captured by some. The youngest son of the brothers he believes he has lots of oats to sow before ever looking for his mate. Thinking his brothers that have fallen to only one woman are foolish to just want one. That is until he meets his. Well written and very enjoyable short self-contained story. I was given a free copy for an honest review. Sacred Places Druid Book One 5 Stars When the truth finally comes out. When Deri Sullivan Ex (Chad) set her up and has her take the fall for things she didn't do, the Council of Magiks rule her in the wrong and sentence her to no contact with her family and band from using her magik. So she by all rights appears human to all. Even her new boss (Coyle) who is an immortal druid sorcerer and part of the council. But never before meeting her he doesn't know she have any magik. And his body says she’s his mate but that can’t be, because Magik’s and humans don’t mate or mix. After three years of this wanting but no toughing dance something finally happens. Well written and very enjoyable self-contained story.

All and all I loved it and can't wait to see what the other books have awaiting. P2 I was real happy to read Sachin's story after all the help he gave Kabril. Who knew that being in a realm that your not supposed to visit often would hold you mate in it. Coming to the rescue of a young girl brings friendship and love to Sachin after his very long existence. While finding those things he never thought he would find his mate in Paige. Paige is very strong after her harsh childhood until she meets someone caring to take her in. After they finally commit something to each other Sachin leaves before she can find out his secret and it devastates her. I was glad to see fate was kind to these two and brought them back to each other with some hard work on Sachins part. Great story. I cant wait to read the others P3 I am so glad to be back in the bird realm again. This time we find Aeson in search for his mate in a taboo place for most people but with an untouched female. I laughed at the irony of the mate that was chosen for him and the future they will start together. Hopefully her brother and father find their mates also. Next please. P4 So in book four of this series we get to see the “traitor” get what he deserves for helping the king all those years ago. Lazar’s mate having a strong connection to him before coming of age and after makes life seems like a very small world. There were times in this book that I was concerned for the well beings of the heroes of our story but all worked out for the best. My only issue is the way it ended but hopefully we will see what happens in the next book. P5 This story started a little to slow and took me a while to get into it. Once it picked up it wasn't to bad. I would have liked to have seen more of the story since it was getting better at the end. The time era took some getting used to also.

What a DEAL. I have loved every single King of Prey World. I have some single, and some boxed, but now I have them all in one neat boxed set with a bonus. Just a sample of this world is book 4. Lazar, living with "the enemy" of his bird clan as he saved the king's mate of his enemy, could no long go home. A man of honor would not kill an innocent woman at the behest of his vicious king--we learn that by rights Lazar is the true king. He did not want the title but now that his half brother is ruling by cruelty he has reconsidered. Honor as a warrior doesn't hold true in his sex life. He is randy to say the least, thinking his true mate died in her youth and he would never have that place in his heart filled. Surprise, she isn't dead and both Lazar and Sabrina have been having hot dreams about each other for years, neither knowing the the other existed. While visiting earth he finds her and discovers she has been hidden to protect her. He has to prove himself to her guardian/uncle worthy of her and ready to give up his bachelor ways. Ms Roth gives us her humor with a feisty friend who attracts and scares the alpha warrior uncle. Hope we hear more about them in the future books. There are some surprises getting together. Sabrina doesn't fight much, her innocence slows her, however she wants to live out her dreams after meeting her dream lover. Circumstances and families keep them apart for a time.

Even though I enjoyed the stories, I wish there had been something to distinguish the stories. They all are sex machines, trying to out-sex each other and deny/fear they have a mate out there somewhere. They are told by seers that their mate exists and they just happen to run into them along the way. Fall in love, claim them and have babies. The end and next. It was fun getting there but like I said. From the moment I read the first few pages, it was all expected.

Huh? This is the second series I've read by Mandy Roth. I LOVE the IO-psy series so when I saw this I was excited...needless to say, I feel jilted. All the books follow the same pattern, use the same descriptions, and they just end. There are no real conclusions, I was left scratching my head thinking maybe there was a second book to each put out? But a search turned up fruitless. What happens with Rossi and Lucy? What happened with the battle between zar and Latravis? Was Brina able to conceive? G Huh? This is the second series I've read by Mandy Roth. This series is awesome, you have a king who does not need a mate but when he finds her he loves her, a friend who messes up and mates with a human he saved as a child, and has to make up with her, a prince who finds one of his own is his mate but she was raised human, and a king with out a throne who finds his long lost mate and plans to retake the throne his brother is in. King of Prey Series box set I love the series and the collection was wonderful to get the whole 5 books but I was disappointed in that each book was not complete it felt like several pages to whole chapters were missing and that they just merged the chapters. For example, the book about Lazar, I have that e-book and it was longer and it didn't just end at the place it did. So this would now have me trying to get each of the books separately so that I can be able to read them over. Love having a box set for easy rereading. Overall I really enjoyed this series but it started out so much better than where it ended up. I disliked a certain word being used and the fact some of these women had sex with total strangers, minutes after meeting them just doesn’t ring safe sex to me. Fantasy is well and good but some reality added in is nice. I have read and reviewed these books individually previously but those reviews are missing.

Mandy M Roth does it again, another series that has fun, laughter, danger, arrogant Alpha males that are won over by love, with searing hot passion. This series kept me enthralled from beginning to end, each story is different (though all have the danger and hotness element that is in all Mandy M Roth books) I love that the right woman can bring any arrogant overbearing male to their knees and love being there. Thank yet again for a wonderful series. I look forward to the next book.

It was hard to rated this series. I really liked the concept of the world but it was severely underdeveloped. The stories were all very similar and each installment ended abruptly. I kept hoping that in the next installment the author would build on from where the previous book ended but that did not happen. Disappointing execution where there was a lot of potential.

This is an easy, non-demanding read, which, if you read the books one after another, do become repetitive. Raise of the King and Prince of Pleasure ended up abruptly and without resolution but I did appreciate touches of humour.
