    Excellent start to considering a law enforcement career I am currently considering joining the police department of Denver County. I thought this book would be helpful in determining whether or not I would be built for this profession. After reading this book or rather short essay, I can say that I have so much more preparation to do. For example, I am going to familiarize myself with the telephonic alphabet, go on ride-alongs and prepare myself for the physical rigors of the job. Overall, I thin Excellent start to considering a law enforcement career I am currently considering joining the police department of Denver County. I thought this book would be helpful in determining whether or not I would be built for this profession. Smith is an essential start for people like myself, that have no prior exposure to the inside of law enforcement. Good read.
