A small book in size but packed with information. It is organized so well that it does not have to be larger to be effective in what it puts forth. This is a good resource for people just beginning to deal with Alzheimer's. I have been dealing with this issue for over 5 years as a caregiver so I was already familiar with this information. I received this book through a goodreads giveaway.

I received this book from Goodreads First Reads in exchange for an honest review... I got this book in the mail two weeks prior to my husband's grandpa dying from Alzheimer's. It was a good book to turn to understand and get a better perspective on the unfortunate disease. It's short, direct, simple, and easy-to-read without becoming too boring. It held my interest and was packed from on information and useful advice. Excellent read I tend to approach books in the self help area with a bit (or lot) of skepticism. This one surprised me. A great overview of the subject along with a lot of practical information. Some of the practical stuff would apply to medical issues other than Alzheimer's. I highly recommend it.
