The book was short and direct, as good non-fiction should be. The lessons were clear and each chapter built upon the one that preceded it. I feel that this approach would work best for text books and instructional books. There is valuable information in it for writers focusing on any subject. It kind of makes me wish I were an expert on something so I could write a book. Is there such a thing as a degree in smart-assery. I feel like I could write a "how to" manual on that.
