Packed full of useful information. Honestly, I didn't think this little book would be as useful and well laid out as it actually is. I'm impressed by the concise and informative writing. I will be using this book as a go-to reference, but will also be studying herbal medicine in greater detail from other books. This book does go over everything a newbie, like myself, needs to know. I much prefer this author's style of relaying information as she gets to the point without any fluff. Packed full of useful information.
