Packed full of useful information. Honestly, I didn't think this little book would be as useful and well laid out as it actually is. I'm impressed by the concise and informative writing. I will be using this book as a go-to reference, but will also be studying herbal medicine in greater detail from other books. This book does go over everything a newbie, like myself, needs to know. I much prefer this author's style of relaying information as she gets to the point without any fluff. Packed full of useful information. Pretty interesting and easy to follow. Some herbs I'd never heard of and some I was surprised about. Pretty interesting and easy to follow. Some herbs I'd never heard of and some I was surprised about.
