LOTS of recipes for baking, just keep in mind that this is a European written book so measurements, names of things and availability of some ingredients will be different if you are used to shopping and cooking in America. I did find that they made some recipes sound complicated and I marked this down one star not because I think it truly is a bad book but that it's not going to be easy for someone new to baking. I think that this book is great for someone with some experience that is looking to LOTS of recipes for baking, just keep in mind that this is a European written book so measurements, names of things and availability of some ingredients will be different if you are used to shopping and cooking in America. Likes the way it was set out into styles & some of the desserts look delicious & she highlights any special equipment needed. Also some of recipes are more assembly jobs than cooking so great for non-cooks On the downside some use unusual ingredients that you have to make special shopping expeditions to find or have to buy online,. she also had too many duplicates ie panna cotta, basically the same pudding but with slight differences. also a high proportion include nuts so that cuts out aload in Likes the way it was set out into styles & some of the desserts look delicious & she highlights any special equipment needed.
