Very basic Very basic recipes that while definitely "keto"you could have come up with yourself. Not really what I was expecting or hoping for. Always Great Info from this Author Elizabeth Jane is the real deal - she provides timely information on a super hot topic and continues to up her game and this book is no exception. As a major cooking hater, I appreciate this book for its simplicity and familiar ingredients. It does most non-cooks any good to buy cookbooks they'll never use due to the complexity of the recipe or having to purchase exotic never to be used again food items. Always helpful are pictures of what the finished product should look like and you'd think nutritional information would be a given, but you'd be surprised by what some cookbooks have and lack. Jane's cookbooks have everything they should and very little they shouldn't and I usually enjoy (ok maybe a strong word there - enjoy) or at least don't resent spending time in the kitchen with her.
