Easy-peasy! I've been trying out some of the recipes in this book with our new bread machine* and have been quite pleased with the results. I'm a novice bread maker, and this book is quite helpful for those of us who want simplicity and clarity. As others have mentioned, though, I do wish the author had given ingredient weights (in ounces or grams) as well as in cups/teaspoons/tablespoons. As others have mentioned, though, I do wish the author had given ingredient weights (in ounces or grams) as well as in cups/teaspoons/tablespoons. (Most of us who bake frequently have a decent kitchen scale that works in both pounds/ounces and grams/kilograms.) There are a few typos here and there -- one of the recipes was missing the salt, but it was easy to extrapolate from similar recipes how much to use. Providing each recipe in three bread sizes is extremely useful. I was too timid to do a full-size loaf on my first use of the machine as I was afraid it would overflow. Plus, it's nice to have the option of baking a smaller one-pound "trial loaf" to see how well we like a recipe before scaling up. Having a physical book to prop open as I assemble recipes is miles easier than using my phone to view recipes, which is my usual procedure. (I had bookmarked a bunch of bread recipes on my phone, but somehow they all went bye-bye. Google seems to do this from time to time with my Pixel 2 phone, and it's very annoying. It's even more annoying when the old bookmarks magically reappear but then the new bookmarks vanish.) This inexpensive book is nicely done, the print is a good size for my aging eyes, and there's just about every recipe you could possibly want. The only downside, of course, is that I have spent a small fortune ordering different types of flour and various nuts and seeds to use to make different breads. What can I say? Life gets a little boring on the home front during a pandemic. *An "Amazon basic" $55 machine. So far, so good. It's fairly compact, which I like as my days of hauling out monster appliances are OVER.

Best bread machine cookbook ever. My favorite recipes are Crusty French Bread and raisin cinnamon bread. I love that each recipe has 3 sizes and that once you load the bread machine with the ingredients, you set it, start it, and don't have to worry about any additional work, except for emptying the pan, cooling the bread, slicing eating, and of course the dishwashing. This cookbook as wonderful no fuss recipes.

Yummy recipes I haven't made any of these recipes yet, but I will be soon. There are more than a dozen "gonna have to do this one" recipes that are calling my name. I initially looked through this book on Kindle Unlimited but am going to wind up buying my own personal copy.

I have been experimenting with sourdough bread recipes in my bread machine for about 6 months. I have been getting better results with each try but can't say I was satisfied. I never made a loaf that was good enough to share with friends. This book was a Christmas gift. I made my best sourdough bread yesterday using the Basic Sourdough Bread recipe from this book. It was delicious and the texture of the bread was perfect. My neighbor brought me a jar of extra-sourdough starter yesterday. Fantastic Bread Recipes Unlike many bread recipes, the recipes in The No-Fuss Bread Machine Cookbook are well written. Directions are easily understood, ingredients can be found in most grocery stores and there are a large variety of recipes. I have only tried two recipes thus far and both breads were huge successes. This is a good cookbook for anyone, as well as beginners. Great job, Michelle Anderson!!!

Excellent. Clear and precise recipes. A huge selection of delicious, healthy (or not-so-healthy) breads, rolls, etc. Made the dark rye bread and it came out perfect. I say I finished it, but it will be a go-to reference for a happy bread machine.

Yes. Just download it. Buying this book was a greay decision. It has made my breadmaker 1000 times more useful. I made the rye bread earlier this week and am waiting in the chocolate oatmeal bread right now. I also love the cinnamon bread, crusty French bread, and brioche.
