Five ministerial agencies, Niagara Parks Commission, St. Lawrence Parks Commission, St. Clair Parkway Commission, the Mining Commissioner, and Ontario Energy Board, have been designated to report to the Minister of Natural Resources. In its first year, the Ministry made significant advances in decentralization to improve its service to the public. The new organization is indicated below and on Page 14 under 'disposition of Senior Administration Staff, March 31, This is the first Annual Report of the Minister of Natural Resources.
