Mine Eyes Unto the Hills: Poetry and Devotions to Soften the Hardest Heart

Availability: Ready to download

Shepherd of the Sheepfold In through the narrow gate we must trod with care. The world's muddy prints we can't leave behind; For we are not perfect when entering the fold. His open arms still welcome us for He is kind. The Shepherd knows His flock when they call. Their voice echoes through the valley green. Through thicket and briars of life's struggling journey; We have a Shepher Shepherd of the Sheepfold In through the narrow gate we must trod with care. The world's muddy prints we can't leave behind; For we are not perfect when entering the fold. His open arms still welcome us for He is kind. The Shepherd knows His flock when they call. Their voice echoes through the valley green. Through thicket and briars of life's struggling journey; We have a Shepherd for now who is unseen. Take comfort friend. You are not alone. The Shepherd's staff will guide you through. He is longsuffering, not willing for you to perish. We have a God who is love, and He loves you. Irene Beasley

It is a beautifully written book of uplifting poems and Bible verses. Through poetry, Irene tells the tale of her life and the people who loved her. It is a delightful read. I recommend this book. I received this book as a free giveaway from Goodreads.
