The Kidnapping of Bobby Greenlease

Availability: Ready to download

The story of Bobby Greenlease is that of a tragedy. This young boy was taken from the one place a child should always feel safe; a school. The heart of the collective world was shattered while witnessing the terrible, sickening events that were unfolding. Only monsters could do such terrible things. Who would do this? How could someone stoop to this level? Most importantly The story of Bobby Greenlease is that of a tragedy. This young boy was taken from the one place a child should always feel safe; a school. The turmoil that would ensue after this horrible act is one of confusion, betrayal, and heart sinking results. An innocent boy was gone much too soon, and two senseless criminals were gone much too late.

Interesting It is a bit redundant at times, a few grammatical mistakes. Remains in the facts of both cases without overdoing either. Most of the information could probably be found online, feels a bit impersonal. I would advise reading of it were free or .99, not if it were more because it is so impersonal & could find the same information other places. The writing was all over the place. The first story felt like it was just words being repeated over and over. Both stories were all over the place. Both lacked information and details. I wouldn't recommended this, I feel like I wasted my time on it.

Interesting case. I liked this book. This story was very sad. I want to read more about the case. The bonus story was good too.

I remember when this happened. My mother was extremely upset. When Bobby Greenlease was kidnapped, mothers everywhere with young children in school were horrified. It was days before anyone knew the outcome, and the nation mourned. This was probably my first exposure to real life crime that could happen anytime, anywhere. The bonus story covers the still-unsolved disappearance of 14-year-old Misty Copsey. While the writing is very unprofessional with the repeated use of future tense for past events I remember when this happened. My mother was extremely upset.
