Getting my life back. This was an easy book to read, it was to point and even easy to understand, that is why I read it in 4 hours and gave it four stars. At 60 I knew I had to make some changes if I wanted to enjoy the second half of my life with out limits. And look good doing it. This I feel I can do and I'm on my way to the store to buy more green food. I can do this. I feel I have what I need at my fingertips to do the change right. Getting my life back. Veggies are in fruits are out. Sugar needs to be shown the place it belongs to... Nowhere in the kitchen. Lot of it i already knew but i purchased the book for the receipe and it is full of useful and practical receipe. The best part is now i know how to better make use of my homemade almond milk.
