    **This book was given to me by the author, as a part of the read-and-review program on ChoosyBookwarm.com** This was the first ever "diet" book I've read and it was definitely a pleasant surprise for me! IT was definitely not boring and I enjoyed reading and implementing it. What I liked most about it, was that there was a very important test in the beginning, that made me think a lot about my eating habits. It was a pleasant read and definitely worth my time!
