    Read for fun (Kindle) Overall Rating; 3.00 Quick Thoughts: There were one or two recipes that I will use in this book BUT if you are looking at it for meal prepping ideas ---it really doesn't go over that. Most of the recipes were make the day of or night before. I am more of a meal prep twice a week for the rest of the week kind of gal, so not very useful to me. There were some good tips in it though for healthy meal alternatives so it wasn't a total waste to me.
