The president has plenty of new tricks up his sleeves, and after being betrayed by people within his tight circle, he pursues a deadly mission that no president should ever consider. Some Americans are not exactly sure what they signed up for with this president, but he manages to have an answer for everything that swings his way. And while many other Americans may be sold on Mr. President, his number one enemy, Mr. McNeil, is not. The hatred continues to run deep, but the president’s mother is adamant about finally putting a stop to Mr. McNeil’s madness. She will protect her son by any means necessary, and it will be necessary when more drama ensues, secrets are revealed and the first lady finally gets her revenge.

Black President: Shake Up in the White House The POTUS Stephen J & FLOTUS Raynetta J stay with some secrets. Mother Jefferson does too-blackmailing women to bust up her son's marriage to the First Lady. Anywhoo, since the President's busy signing E.O.'s and seducing lil ole Ms. Michelle, I guess his work is done for the day. Cannot wait for season 2 next month. I 💘 Brenda Hampton's work. Engaging I missed the shenanigans of Mr President and am glad to see this series continue. Glad that the first lady and mother-in-law are getting along, but how long will that last? Definitely want to see the president build a relationship with Joshua. And Mr McNeil!! This can't be right....This book and series makes me wonder how much we really know about what's going in the country in real life. Can we believe anything that comes out of DC? Looking forward to the next installment.

Season Premiere starts quite well. Once again we are back in the White House. The Jefferson administration is going well, but Stephen and Raynetta's marriage is still on the rocks. Chyle...not to mention "friends" who constantly continue stab the President in the back. His momma is still off the hook and then his his son and his child's mother....Chyle. Excellent beginning and I'm on the edge of my seat.

It has been a while since I finished season 1 of this series but I was able to pick up season 2 and just fall right into where I left off. There’s nothing that his president won’t experience it seems. I will say somewhere towards the end of the book I found myself losing a little bit of interest. However, I’m still interested to see what’s next from the first family.

No words Sometimes I can imagine what #44 went through while in the WH but behind the scenes would be interesting. This read gives you what you wondered and then some! On to the next installment!
