Each recipe includes a title, servings, total time. List of ingredients and directions along with some nutritional information: (no size included) calories, total fat, NOT broken up into good or bad, total carbs, cholesterol, protein. There are NO pictures. Chili recipe sounds good i'd substitute fresh for canned tomatoes.     Good info Recipes sound good and simple to make. 4 stars because some recipes, the directions seemed incomplete. Cauliflower soup recipe never stated when to add the cauliflower or if it should be sauteed first with the other veggies. The pizza said to top with cheddar cheese but recipe calls for Jack cheese and mozzarella is in ingredient list but instructions don't mention it. Good info Recipes sound good and simple to make. 4 stars because some recipes, the directions seemed incomplete.
