The first third of this book was a bit dense and esoteric (lots of minutiae about the workings of the body) and the second third was a bit overwhelming -- diet and lifestyle recommendations that I'm guessing would strike the average person (including me) as daunting. But the last third was pure bliss ... a gentle nudge into a more peaceful and loving way of life.
