    Typical, run of the mill cookbook. While Ive got a few new recipes to try, many of these would just not work for me. It was good, not great, and left me wanting more.

    Pretty much what you'd expect from a paleo pressure cooker book. This is not a particularly healthy as there is plenty of sugar (maple syrup isn't magic), sausage and bacon.     The recipes in here were good (the ones I tried anyway). I did find out, however, that I'd be better served using the cooking times on the card that came with the Instant Pot. I used the cooking times in this book, following all of the directions, and ended up with half cooked chicken. Otherwise, good stuff! The recipes in here were good (the ones I tried anyway).
