    Pretty basic and a good introduction. The promise of Sleep by Dement is better if you have any further interest.

    If you can look past the huge number of typeos (mostly random spaces in the middle of words) it would have been a reasonable book on sleep written in the self-improvement or business book style.[1] and I think it'd be a solid book for what it is if the author hired a proofreader or spent some time to clean it up. [1]I often wonder if there is academic study of business, and if the business books I've read are merely the 'Pop business' books that convey two pages of meaning in two hundred pages?
