    I’m feeling this... This book resonates with me, I liked the self-test, that there are different types of empaths and most of all the protection strategies, people who are empaths often tend to find their energy drained by others, we need to learn to look after ourselves!

I try to minimise reading fantasy / fiction as it gets in the way of reading self-development / business books, however I got hooked (by another author request!) and it was a series, and the key character was, you guessed it, an empath. So empaths tend to feature in many of the fantasy / fiction books I have read in the past. So that was the motivation in the first place to agree to reading Vik's book, to find out the reality behind the fiction and fantasy I was enjoying. That being said was it going to spoil the fantasy I've been enjoying for years or not? I at last started the book and found it hard to put it down. The Empath reality helped adjusted the warped perspective I had through science fantasy / fiction. Some real elements of empaths seem to border on the fantasy, its such a fascinating concept. So why the delay in writing about the book, its because armed with the knowledge form Vik I can now see empaths around me (many of whom I had not realised were empaths) and thats fascinating, I can now look at them from a brand new perspective. Additionally I am sure most if not all of them have any idea they are empaths ... I'll save that conversation with them for a later date, maybe I need to gift them this book first ! So apologies Vik for the delayed read and review, but thank you for writing this book, its going to be eyeopening for a lot of people as well as an enjoyable read - keep writing!     I checked out a lot of books for empaths that were available through Kindle Editions. Nothing compares to this book. The other ones were incredibly repetitive and really only gave you basic information. This book tells you almost everything you need to know to learn to live a blissful life as an empath. The other book that I would recommend is Why We are Born by Akemi G. It's like a handbook or guide to living in this holographic universe 👌

    When All You Need is to Be Alone Most self help books for Empaths don't even start by assessing if the reader is one. This book does. Then, it takes the reader through simple things they can do based on what they feel . I found this book helpful in my Empathic path and I hope you do as well.

There is new information I hadn’t even thought about. And lots of other information I had thought about but definitely needed the reminder!

    Studies show that people who live in cities tend to have a higher risk of depression, anxiety and other mental illnesses as compared to people who live in smaller towns. —Vik Carter. I felt it's my daily life portrait in this book. I love it. Vik Carter is a really good writer.
