    This cookbook is AMAZING! I am a terrible cook, but I love healthy food (vegetarian here) and wish I could make it taste less like eating grass. This cookbook does it. It's easy to follow and everything I have made so far is 5 star delicious. The author is particularly good at making "sweets" that are healthy, which is quite a feat.

    I received this book as part of a Goodreads giveaway. I have to say right from the get-go I have been impressed by this book. Miss Curry herself sent the book to me and signed it, packaged beautifully and with a thank you card. The book itself it great quality, from the fact that it's hard cover to it's beautifully designed pages and color photos. One thing I love about this cookbook is that it starts off with an "about this book" section that leads into a basic facts section where Curry explain I received this book as part of a Goodreads giveaway. I have to say right from the get-go I have been impressed by this book. Miss Curry herself sent the book to me and signed it, packaged beautifully and with a thank you card. The book itself it great quality, from the fact that it's hard cover to it's beautifully designed pages and color photos. One thing I love about this cookbook is that it starts off with an "about this book" section that leads into a basic facts section where Curry explains how each recipe has already had it's nutrients calculated for you, something I think is especially important for those of us trying to eat healthier or be more mindful about our calories. I really loved this detail because so many cookbooks don't do this, so you always kind of wonder how many calories are in the delicious food you're making or you have to painstakingly do the math yourself sometimes. Curry also offers great advice about how to go about following the recipe (i.e., read the whole thing first before starting), experimenting, and relaxing while you cook to make the process more enjoyable. The content of this book, aka the recipes, are all healthy and look absolutely delicious. From the information about healthy hydration to the main courses and desserts, there are so many tasty looking recipes in here that I cannot wait to try. Most recipes are accompanied by detailed instructions and lovely photos to help you really feel like you know what you are doing. Personally, I cannot wait to cook from this book in the future (I think it'll be something I reach for after the holidays for sure) and I can't wait to integrate these recipes into my daily life so I can live a more balanced diet.     This book provides some delicious recipes with a healthy approach. What I have made from the book so far has been great and will enter my recipe repertoire. The book follows a flexitarian style which is mainly vegetarian with the occasional animal product. Most of the recipes are vegetarian with some meat based dishes. It's great for someone like me who is trying to go more vegetarian, but not all the way.
