Lots of photos - every recipe has a photo! They also all include nutritional information. Rachel K. Burke also clearly denotes vegan (v) and gluten-free (gf) recipes. It is a vegetarian, but not vegan, cookbook. It includes recipes containing cheese, yogurt, and honey. Almost all of the recipes are all-natural and contain very few ingredients (not counting the seasonings). The cocktails sometimes call for Blue Caracoa, but she tells you how to vary that if the blue food coloring bothers you. I r Lots of photos - every recipe has a photo!
