This is one book with 6 stories within it. The first 3 books all relate to a fourth member of their military team which didn't make it back after the last mission. They decided to get out of the military and open a security business. However, before the paperwork could be completed, another soldier taunted them and they were going to have their paperwork take the slow ride of the paper tray. However, their old CO, put their papers threw on one condition, that in later times, he'd ask for a favor This is one book with 6 stories within it. The first 3 books all relate to a fourth member of their military team which didn't make it back after the last mission. They decided to get out of the military and open a security business. However, before the paperwork could be completed, another soldier taunted them and they were going to have their paperwork take the slow ride of the paper tray. However, their old CO, put their papers threw on one condition, that in later times, he'd ask for a favor of each of them and they couldn't say no. The first favor, and book, was to help his granddaughter not get engaged to the guy she's been seeing. However, she can't know about it. At first things are fine, but then the chemistry takes hold. What will the granddaughter find out about the reason why he's there? Will she help him over his blaming himself for his friend's death? The second favor, and book, is about how their CO wants a watch and sends our hero of this book off after it. The complication is when he figures out the CO has a bet on in regards to who can find it first. The other person is female and has a rep for stopping at nothing. However, when they go back and forth at getting the other, the chemistry takes hold. Before long they are working and paying together. However, what happens when one of them finds the watch and the other doesn't? what hang up is he working through due to his friend's death? The third favor, and book, is due to how to get the new team working together as good as his team. The problems were there - his team knew each other from childhood and were good as brothers and being back on base was seriously messing with his mind. Then add to this the female mental doctor and his old nemesis which got them into the favors mess and there was more than enough on his plate especially when you add in his guilt for ordering his friend to his death in his words. Can they make everything gel or is the new team due for failure? Will their old CO fail and be forced into retirement? Can the hero and heroine work through all these and still come out together? Now that all his favors have been done, their CO starts to send them guys who are at the same stage they were at hen they got out. Can they help them? The fourth book takes our hero who's looking being forced out of the service due to injury. When he doesn't know what to do and when this is presented to him he can't turn it down. However, when he meets the heroine, who's playing a spoiled rich girl, he just about loses his mind. However, within a few days he puts his foot down and makes her stay at home for her own protection. Soon he starts to put more and more of the puzzle together. What will happen when everything is exposed? Can he handle it all or will he do something more drastic? The fifth boom takes a lot like book four but this time the hero is to take pictures for a magazine. However, it's soon out about what he's there to do rather than what he had said. Will the baddie get away with what she thought she had or will the truth prevail? What will our hero and heroine due to stay together or will they? Can our hero handle walking away from the military? The last book in the series, is about how a military man starts getting letters from his hometown but doesn't know from who. They are sexy and keep him guessing. However, when his brother is hurt and sent home, their father requests for him to come home too. While there he starts to put a plan together to figure out who this person is. However, can he figure it out and accept who it is or will he walk away? Will he help his brother to move on? Each of these books were good and had a bit of flow. However, I'm not sure I would have put them into the same series as it was a very long stretch. I think they should be different series and they would have flowed better. All are good reads and characters are well like, although the last one was better to read than the others. Can't wait to read the brother's book. I'd recommend these but just keep a wide open mind on the series format.

Hard to read I have no doubt that these would be great books if I could get past the errors. Words were used over in sentences and then they didn't make sense. I love books but I can't waste my time trying to figure out what is being said.

The first six books in this series tell us the stories of members of an Elite Force who, for some reason or other, have to leave their service and find a new purpose, while at the same time overcoming events from their military time which haunt them. With the help, of course - if sometimes unwillingly, initially - of six women ready to accept the challenge. Brilliant narration style, genuine and very likeable characters, great plots and enough heartbreak, tension of any kind, and hope for any reader to fall in love with the stories. But oh! I do so wish someone would have gone over all of the books with a grammar and a dictionary, and run them through spellchecks a couple of times. Spelling and grammar were absolutely atrocious (e.g. "if" stood for if, it, is; names of characters from precious books were mixed up with current ones; the sentence structure reminded me of Yoda's from Star Wars occasionally; gerunds were wrongly used, which made for some quite hilarious wrong interpretations; etc. etc.). Honestly, there was some sort of error on every single page! If it had not been for the quality of the books as such, I would have stopped reading, but the stories and characters captivated me from the first page till the last.

Another good book ruined by poor editing. Outside of too much sex for me, these books were ruined by just about the wirsy editing I have ever seen. Just about every necessary apostrophe was left off, but they weren't wasted. The idiot editor put them where they didn't belong instead. There were lots of incorrect words plus a few new ones, percedence being the most memorable. The plot lines were interesting as were the characters, and there was a fair amount of humor, including of the kaugh-alous Another good book ruined by poor editing. I would have given this four stars (brought down by the over-dependence on sex as the major factor in the relationships) but it is a big tribute to the book's other features that I overlooked the editing enough to give it three.

Out of Uniform is out of this world good And such diversity. I expected each story to be similar. In some ways the first 3 are, but still different enough to be interesting. The remaining stories are very different than the first and still so good and they all follow the same group of men that are or were Army Rangers. Rhonda Russell makes her descriptions of their well toned bodies the best advertisement for the military service that I’ve EVER seen! A good set of interconnected tales that are also solid "stand alone" romances. Solid characters, great stories, should have been a five star review, except for the failure of her editor and proofreader to correct the repeated misuse of several words. For example, " you're" was used instead of the correct "your" so many times it was annoying! And there were many other incorrectly used words that a good proofreader should have caught, let alone an editor! Men out of uniform. 6 book omnibus Loved each one of the books Some tough guys leave the corps and set up their own security firm, but there was a clause set that each of them owed a favour to a senior officer, who literally had his own hidden agenda. .The rest of the books are along the same lines except for the last one . It will make you laugh, cry and every emotion inbetween, all started because of letters Thoroughly enjoyed them all

Each book better than the one before! Rarely is there a collection of books where every one of them is enjoyable. This collection is a good example of how one should be. If you like romance and instant attraction or hiding from the person you have loved "forever" this collection is for you. Rhonda Russell has hit it out of the park with these!

Great Military stories all had great sex scenes. The Colonel is meddling in the affairs of his granddaughter. He has granted leaving the military to the three gents for favors. He was collecting on them in this series. Read on to see how he does that.

Good to the very last sentence. Wonderful characters, some hard to believe plots and twists, but with some proof reading could be a great series. And yes 'Letters from home' was my favourite as well, but Guy McCann was the bomb!

Ebook Rangers who find the women to love sometimes with the help of others. Each man in these stories is a hero that has suffered a loss and the women who help them recover are unique and worthy of being loved by these men.

Loved the story lines in all these books but they were fraught with grammatical errors, missing words or sentences that made no sense. A good proof reader would have earned these books a higher rating.

The stories in this military realm are meaningful. Hard strong men serving their lives for us to keep us safe. Disasters happen then out of the services to become civilians. Can love make everything sweeter?

Good light reading. The volumes were easy to read and all of the characters were likeable. I gave it 4 stars because of the misspellings that slowed me down.

So this is a reprint of 6 books in 1. The editors, publishers, and author failed to proofread, though. Some of the stories were ok. One was flat-out boring. The last was cute and a fast read.

Enjoyed They were quick sexy reads a little emotional not to angsty. The only minor issue is they are all basically same pattern no real variance in the outline of the stories.
