The Holidays with a HPL Twist: Take Charles Dickens' "A Christmas Carol" and add the madness of H.P. Lovecraft's short stories, "The Festival", "Pickman's Model", and "The Outsider" and place them in an old time radio format and the result is something that is sure to become as much of December as wondering if one will meet Krampus or not. Highly recommended. The Holidays with a HPL Twist: Take Charles Dickens' "A Christmas Carol" and add the madness of H.P. This was super weird, in the sense that I could not conceive HPL as this brooding hermit writer who after the three ghost of solstice (this is a Christmas Carol AU fanfic btw) visit him, changes his personality into some sort of young Homero Adams. But hey, I┬┤guessing the HPL Historical Society had a blast with this story, so kudos to them.

Not that scray but rather heartwarming. As an author myself, I really enjoyed the spirit of the thing and the message therein.

A fun little Lovecraftian anthology styled re-imagining of a Christmas Carol with HPL in the role of Scrooge. Just plain dang festive fun. Contains The Festival, Pickman's Model, & The Outsider.
