    Nothing More than a Tease! I've read Dr. Gundry's Plant Paradox, twice now, bought the recipe book and THINK I'm following the program, surely feeling better but unable to lose weight. So I buy this one, indicates I may be doing a few things incorrectly but there's NO neatly delineated recommendations for daily menus . . . There are just general guidelines. Now I have to figure out IF Dr. Gundry actually has such a helpful book.
