I think that This book was much better than the biography on Bill gates that I read last quarter. This book had a plot that made it feel like a bunch of awesome interesting facts created into a story. It followed chronological order 80% of the time so it felt not too boring but or neat but neither too messy and scattered. The first chapter is just an introduction to the next chapter. This book is obviously old because at the end in the "future" chapter it talks about Windows NT. This book is obviously old because at the end in the "future" chapter it talks about Windows NT. Also this was before Paul Allen left Microsoft.None of the books I've read about Bill gates really talk about his kids kids. I wish this book did, but at least it went much deeper into his childhood then the earlier one. I wonder if Bill's kids like technology, if they might become just like him. This book did not center on Bill gates as much as the book I read previously. It mentioned other people and talked about every company related to Microsoft, Bill or Paul. Overall I think this book is hte best biography on Bill gates I have read.

This was a very good book. I learned a lot of facts I never knew about Bill Gates, and it gave me knowledge that could probably help me in my future. I know what business life could be like and have to be prepared for everything. From everything to his first real encounter with a computer to Gates building Microsoft from the ground up and turning him and his company into a multi-BILLION dollar company, its covered greatly in this book. 11/10 would read again
