I have real trouble rating and reviewing this book. On one hand, it is an excellent book about Scrum and a wonderful guide to avoiding many of the pitfalls that teams can fall into when they think they’re following Scrum. On the other hand, this book really does not address the challenges of navigating a hybrid Scrum environment as the title would imply until you get to the appendices. Honestly, it felt like I was missing half the book. I actually had to check whether or not this was a beta book I have real trouble rating and reviewing this book. Honestly, it felt like I was missing half the book. I actually had to check whether or not this was a beta book with more chapters pending. All in all, I would recommend buying this book if you’re new to the Scrum framework as it would make a great resource (but could benefit from more real-world examples), but if you’re looking for a book that will help you navigate the challenges of implementing Scrum in a hybrid environment, this book won’t really help you much.
