Teenager Dilya Stevenson’s life at the White House is like no one else’s. As the First Family’s nanny and dog walker, her duties are sometimes light and always enjoyable. Which leaves her plenty of time to keep her eyes and ears open behind the scenes. Facing danger as a child, and even death has taught her to be a loner—too much so her elders fear. This was a fun one to read for a couple of reasons. First I liked seeing Dilya be a kid. Her life has been both good and bad, but surrounded by adults she often gets treated like one. So her finding friends her own age was a great find for her. The second one this one was so great was the phone call between Dilya and Emily. I think it was what both of them needed.

Dilya is such a joy and a sponge. After her life to age 10 and seeing her parents killed she has had so many experiences. To be part of theNight Stalkers and WhiteHouse Families has to be so special. What a bond. This whole series is such a delight

I love Dilya's "gift"; she really needed it. I hope we see more of her in the future.

Dilya’s new experience Dilya spends a weekend in a cooking club. It is a change spending time with her school mates. She learns about friends in a different way.

Short but sweet. I really like seeing more of Dilya in the White House Protection Force Series. She is a character that I would love to see having the ability to have her own full-length story at some point.
