    I was a bit curious about the "30 Day Whole Food" diet, and also about the Insta-Pot, so this book which covers both, and was available through Kindle Unlimited seemed like a natural for me to pick up. It is a decent (if quick) overview of both topics. The recipes were not all that exciting, but that may be the nature of the program. My greatest objection was some really strange misusages (and/or absence) of words. It was almost as if it was translated poorly from another language, although the I was a bit curious about the "30 Day Whole Food" diet, and also about the Insta-Pot, so this book which covers both, and was available through Kindle Unlimited seemed like a natural for me to pick up. It is a decent (if quick) overview of both topics. The recipes were not all that exciting, but that may be the nature of the program. My greatest objection was some really strange misusages (and/or absence) of words. It was almost as if it was translated poorly from another language, although the author's name certainly looks like an English speaker. At the very least, apparently there was no editor involved.
