Pretty good This book is pretty goid. It's a bit drawn out especially since there is a part two. The word holler wasn't used like it was in the last book l read. There are a lot of characters to keep up with. I hope sable keeps her strong will and deon finally gets what's coming to him. He has a lot of power some I think is a bit farfetched. But overall it kept my interest. I think there's more to the story about sable's parents. I think either she was adopted or her dad had her from m an outside Pretty good This book is pretty goid. There's too much emphasis on her looks and how she doesn't look like anyone. I think the chick at work has something to do with deon.

Great story I really enjoyed this book. Sable has been through hell and back with the way her family treats her and it’s a shame. I’m glad Deon finally showed his true colors at the her family reunion. I’m mad that her so called mother acts like everything is her fault though. I’m glad her father finally spoke up for her and realized that his daughter was in danger being with Deon. Deon is a real jerk. He is going to get what is coming to him. Randi is really supportive of Sable and I love that a Great story I really enjoyed this book. Sable has been through hell and back with the way her family treats her and it’s a shame. Good Read! This story is very informative and eye opening. I just hope that Sable stick to what will keep her safe. To believe her first instinct. I love the support she have in Randi, Amos, father and brother, but it all have to be for her to take the necessary steps to make sure that Deon is no longer a threat. I'm hoping she gets counseling. It will help her get the proper help to undo a life long insecurity that could've positioned her in this situation with herself and Deon. We shall we in t Good Read! Great I have read all of Kendra Sumter books and all of them have been spectacular and kept me glued to each page. This book has surpassed all of the other's. I have never read a book that had me fearful of turning the page , I mean , I needed to know what was next , but I was scared to continue. This was layered , emotional, funny and had me in a trance , yes it's that good. I highly recommend this book. Oh...SABLE I usually don’t read about domestic violence but this captured my attention. I was pissed about Sable. I’m ready for part 2 so I can see the outcome of the conversation between Sable and Deon. There was not enough interaction between Sable and Amos. I needed them to be more in a relationship. I’m not feeling this PR chick either....she needs to go! Part 2 Please!

Wow Deon was a sadistic mess I really dingy know how Sable put up with him so long. Glad that Randi was able to be get voice of reason and help keep her sane. Lord knows her mother was a hot mess. Nice to see Amos try his best to be there for her though. How that things work themselves out, because Deon is definitely doing the very most.

Karma is coming, Karma is coming!! The build up in this storyline was excellent. Sable deserves so much, for what she is enduring from all sides. Love Sable & Randi’s relationship. Who is Unknown, I think I know, can’t wait see if I’m right. Dr. Deon entitled ass should be in for a wake up call. Don’t understand Sable’s Mom and Hazells problem!!

Great read!! This book was so good. Deon is really controlling and very manipulative. Sable is to sweet to fall for his lies and abusive ways. I love Randi's friendship now that's BFF behavior. Shocker Great read. A storyline that should spark conversations amongst women. Once they show you who they are...believe them. Good job on making an uncomfortable topic seem so real.

When danger lurks!!!!!! Deon is one sick, twisted bastard I can’t wait for Karma to catch up with him. I need Sable to get it together and beat that Nut at his own game, I just hope that Amos don’t do nothing he’ll regret later on...

what I was amazed, shocked, angry, hurt, disgusted it sickens me when a parent can be cruel, spiteful to their child. some men have problems that not even a jail cell can fix.

Curious of how the story ends. I want to know what Deon told Sable that left her she'll shocked. I Don't think she will be able to get away from him like she wants. Curious of how the story ends.
