Alexis Casey has finally achieved everything she has worked for all her life. She has a successful life-coaching practice, and she is ready to move on to the next stage. She wants to be married and have children. The problem is that she can’t seem to meet a man she wants to have a second date with, let alone one she wants to marry. So she contacts her old mentor, Dr. Lachele Simpson, who agrees to match her with someone…at the altar. Dirk Blanton has always been serious-minded, spending his spare time working on his research. Now that he’s in his thirties, he’s ready to have a family. He has no idea how to meet someone, though, so he contacts a company a colleague did some work for. The company promises to find his perfect match and introduce them at the altar. When he meets Alexis, she seems too pretty and flamboyant for him. Will they be able to see beyond their differences? Or will live together as partners with no love between them?

The only thing lacking in their lives is that one special someone to build a life, a family with. And thanks to Alexis’ internship with the famous Dr. Lachele they all are about to take a chance on finding love at the altar. It would be difficult to imagine a couple more opposite than Alexis and Dirk. He’s the stereotype professor who is as straitlaced as they come with a rigid mindset and a huge sense of being seen by his peers in a certain way. Dirk wants a family but his requirements in a wife have left the dating field a bit small. What he believes he needs and what he actually gets in Alexis are so far apart. Alexis is a life coach, she quite happy in her chosen profession, she’s outspoken, flirty, and an “in your face” type of personality. She may trust Dr. Lachele but really, could the doctor have picked a man who was more unlike what she believed she wanted in a lifemate? I enjoyed ALWAYS IN ALBUQUERQUE in so many ways. Kirsten Osbourne has a way of slowly giving us the information we need to see, as she does, that her couples will be perfect for each other – eventually. While on the surface Dirk’s strict vegetarian lifestyle and Alexis’ love of anything that brings out the carnivore in her are quite the stumbling block. Yet we slowly are given the very real, truly logical reasons for those decisions, the interesting part becomes having each really see the other’s reasoning and respect that. And that is simply one example of how two totally opposite seeming people find their way to compromise, appreciating their differences and very true love by the story’s ending. We get a feel for the other friends in this opening story and I’m definitely looking forward to seeing who their matches will be. I had fun, I enjoyed these characters and that’s the entire point of reading Romance. I read this title through my Kindle Unlimited subscription.

So much fun to read If opposites attract these two should be unable to resist the magnetic pull! Alexis and Dirk are both amazing in their own way. Neither is flawed or broken. However together they are a mess in the best possible way! I enjoyed everything about this couple. Their banter, his uptight attitude, her lack of a filter and most of all the way they compromised and made each other better! Great book. Fun concept and totally a stand alone book that’s part of a great series. You can read thi So much fun to read If opposites attract these two should be unable to resist the magnetic pull! First Mismatch? Dr .Lachele has a 100% perfect match rate at matching couples who don't meet each other until they are at the altar getting married. Alexis is a meat eater and flamboyant. Dirk is a vegetarian and a stuffed shirt. Did Dr. Lachele make a mistake? Fun read. Looking forward to next one!

A fun story and a fun romance Only KO can find a way to put people who have nothing in common together and make it work. This was as fun as it comes. Just a quick short trip to fantasy land. Perfect for a trip away from my every day life.

To be honest I did not like Dirk at first, I wanted to smack him upside the head a few times. Alexis was really patient and understanding with Dirk.
